Welfare
Our Welfare Officers at Murgon RSL Sub Branch diligently provide tailored welfare assistance, from transport to assistance sourcing available services, ensuring comprehensive aid for our ex-service community while upholding confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards.
Poppy
One of our solemn responsibilities is to extend the opportunity for a Poppy Service, arranged by the RSL, upon the passing of a Sub Branch member or any veteran. This service, conducted by an RSL Sub Branch member, includes presenting a boxed flag to the next of kin
Advocacy
Advocacy involves representing individuals to ensure they receive fair treatment and attain desired outcomes. Within the RSL context, it means supporting veterans in claiming entitled benefits from the Department of Veteran Affairs based on their service.
